Responsibilities
This position develops and oversees the implementation of services for adults with disabilities, promoting the consumer independent living philosophy.  Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of program-related service delivery initiatives within the guidelines of funding and regulatory agencies; develops department goals that support agency strategic plans and program outcomes; monitors and evaluates processes to ensure outcomes are met, implementing corrective plans as needed.  Works collaboratively to develop department budgets and ensures program-related expenditures are within budgetary guidelines.  Promotes a positive organizational culture and instills agency values within the team, developing and maintaining strategies for effective cross-functional team communication and collaboration.  Supervises managers and oversees the supervision of all personnel within the department.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human services (Masters preferred) or related field and 4-7 years related experience including 3-5 years supervision experience is required.

Position requires excellent interpersonal skills, superior oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, valid driver’s license & travel required.
