This position is responsible for developing financial policies and processes and ensuring compliant and consistent practices in the areas of finance and purchasing/facilities, coordinating implementation of processes through department staff to promote a positive learning culture and develop a workforce committed to providing consumer-driven services. Coordinates activities across program/department lines, demonstrating and promoting high levels of leadership and accountability.  Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills; intermediate-level computer skills; ability to think strategically and integrate financial/business information with operational decisions; be skilled at planning and managing multiple projects; possess a strong ability to identify, analyze, solve problems and make quality decisions; have the proven ability to supervise and develop professional staff and promote collaboration; must possess attention to detail and ability to interact with all levels of internal and external management and staff; and regularly demonstrate dynamic leadership and the promotion of quality values.

Bachelor’s Degree (Master preferred) in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field from four-year college or university and four to six years related experience and/or training including three to five years of supervision of professional staff and team development.  Non-profit experience preferred.
