Keystone STARS Specialist, YWCA Greater Pittsburgh - Pittsburgh, PA

The YWCA Greater Pittsburgh is accepting resumes for two Keystone STARS Specialist positions located at our Downtown Pittsburgh site. This position will manage a caseload of childcare providers participating in the Keystone STARS process in assigned locations. This position will provide information on professional development, technical assistance and related supportive services and administer grant awards. This position will also serve as a resource for groups interested in the Keystone STARS program and advancement of quality childcare. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree with three years relevant experience and at least one year supervisory experience OR a Master’s Degree with at least one year relevant experience and one year supervisory experience. Seven years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field is preferred. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal presentation and organizational skills. A valid PA driver’s license is required for frequent travel to assigned locations.
