JOB SUMMARY: Conduct compliance audits of YWCA Greater Pittsburgh programs, ensuring proper internal controls, compliance with procedures, regulations, standards and contracts. Serves as lead compliance officer, responsible for monitoring the financial and program aspects of all YWCA awarded contracts, also assisting with grant reporting and compliance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) years relevant experience and one (1) year supervisory /management experience OR Master’s Degree with one (1) year relevant experience and one (1) year supervisory experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting is required.
