Saint Vincent College, a Catholic, Benedictine, Liberal Arts College with 1800 students located in Southwestern Pennsylvania, seeks a Director of Institutional Research and Assessment.  The Director reports to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and is responsible for 1) conducting and disseminating research projects to measure our institutional effectiveness, 2)  publication of the annual institutional Fact Book and the warehousing of institutional data, 3) assisting departments in the assessment of their programs, and 4) completion of government and guidebook external surveys (e.g. IPEDS).  The successful candidate will have at least a Masters Degree and two year experience and ability to use SPSS.  Experience with Jenzabar database, Cognos, SQL, and Middle States Commission on Higher Education accreditation policies and procedures are desirable.
