Persad Center seeks full-time Fiscal Manager with experience in third party insurance billing and grant/contract management. Responsibilities include management of front office billing/customer service staff, liaison with bookkeeping and payroll subcontractors, management of third party and contract billing, development and management of overall agency and program budgets. Accounting / Billing Experience education and experience required. EEOC.
