FULL-TIME POSITION: Advanced Skills Training Coordinator
REPORTS TO: V.P. of Operations                     COMPENSATION: Salary (DOE) & Benefits

Responsible for coordinating New Century Careers (NCC) advanced training program, MANUFACTURING 2000PLUS (M2KPLUS).  This position coordinates all of the internal training processes to ensure the delivery of a quality program to our manufacturing customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Primary coordinator for the M2KPLUS Program.
•Coordinates all internal training processes including; class start-up, closing, etc.
•Inside Sales Team Member.
•Verifies, analyzes, and evaluates all M2KPLUS program data.
•Facilitates open-enrollment course schedules, all instructor activities and communication of M2KPLUS program activities with NCC staff.
•Takes initiative to maintain professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills and have comfort level with fast paced environment. Must be willing to travel regionally as needed, have access to reliable and insured transportation, and possesses a valid driver’s license. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Possess excellent oral and written communication ability, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-player attitude.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  A Bachelor’s Degree is required, although exceptional experience in highly related work may serve in lieu of a formal degree. The qualified candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency in all common office software applications, and have adept people skills. Administrative and/or program background in education, training, manufacturing, workforce development, medical, business-to-business sales support, financial, and/or insurance industries desirable.
