Light of Life Rescue Mission has an opening for a full-time Men’s Program Manager.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
As a member of the program department leadership team, the Men’s Program Manager is responsible for the oversight, implementation, and documentation of all aspects of the Men’s Program which include: Addiction Recovery, Spiritual Life, and Life Skills. The Men’s Program Director collaborates with the program leadership team to plan, implement, evaluate and modify programs, and to match the vision and culture of Light of Life Rescue Mission.

If you are skilled in program development, team-building, planning and organizational skills, have the ability to develop budgets and manage expenses and are comfortable working in a collaborative and team-leadership environment with a passion about ministering life transformation in a urban setting then you should apply.

Masters Degree preferred in social work, sociology, psychology, human services or related field or equivalent transferable education and increasing experience and responsibility required; excellent collaborative leader; must have demonstrated experience and advanced understanding and knowledge in the area of addiction recovery and relapse prevention.
