RTF Treatment Coordinator, Holy Family Social Services - Pittsburgh, PA

Reports to: Director of RTF Services
Hours: Full-Time. 8am-4pm, must allow flexibility to meet client’s needs. May include some nights and weekends. 

General Statement of Duties: The Treatment Coordinator conducts case reviews to determine the appropriateness and quality of service to clients. Assist Case Manager with their treatment plans. Treatment Coordinator, monitors, evaluates, and improves program services. Provides strategies in child therapeutic programming. 

Essential Functions: 

  • Promotes the Mission and Philosophy of Holy Family Institute.
  • Provides supervision, staff development, and training of Clinical Case Management staff.
  • Responsible for managing outcomes, via outcome reports.
  • Develops and maintains professional and collaborative relationships with children, parents, community supports, staff, volunteers, referring agents and other professionals.
  • Maintains responsibility for clinical assessment services provided to the clients.
  • Supervises the completion of all documentation pertaining to client therapeutic care.
  • Responsible for conducting scheduled evaluations of clinical professionals.
  • Completes assessments, reports, case management notes and other required documentation in keeping with Agency standards.
  • Maintains communication and positive rapport with community resources and agencies.
  • Maintains client confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field. A minimum of three (3) years experience working with children and/or adolescents is required. One (1) to three (3) year(s) supervisory experience is preferred. Candidates must possess good writing and communication skills. Current Act 33/34 clearances and valid PA driver’s license required.  EOE/ADA.
