Reports to: Executive Director of HFL
Hours: Full-Time. Generally 7:30a.m. – 3:30p.m. Must allow flexibility according to the needs of the clients. May include some evenings. 

General Statement of Duties: The Director of Admissions will recruit and coordinate admissions of potentials students for Holy Family Learning schools.  

Essential Functions:

  • Promote the Mission and Philosophy of Holy Family Learning.
  • Responsible for admissions to designated HFL schools and programs
  • Enhance public relations with school districts served
  • Keep administration updated on current changes and trends with regard to Special and Alternative Education.
  • Meet with School Boards to explain services offered by Holy Family Learning schools.
  • Assist with other duties or projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Successful candidate must have a Master’s Degree in education or social services field with 3 years of experience. Excellent communication skills and strong public relations skills needed.  Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills. Current Act 33/34 clearances with a valid PA driver’s license required.  Ability to travel to various school locations a must.
