Friendship Development Associates is seeking a new Executive Director. Primary responsibilities include: work closely with the Board of Directors to create and update the annual organizational business plan, set work plans for, and oversee, staff to ensure that goals are being met, act as primary spokesperson for the organization, and oversee all day-to-day operations. Requirements include: Bachelors degree and 5+ years experience in non-profit real estate development or related non-profit field. 2+ years experience as Executive Director preferred.
