This person is responsible for leading research activities to provide strategic information on individuals to development staff and volunteers. She/he will manage donor identification and cultivation, utilizing such resources as alumni surveys, on-line databases and personal meetings. Ideal candidate has 3 years of development experience and familiarity with prospect research techniques.
