Responsibilities
The Public Relations Director is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships within a three-county region through networking, speaking engagements, health fairs and community education programs and activities.
The Public Relations Director establishes the agency’s brand by developing and implementing an integrated marketing communications plan.
Requirements
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Master’s preferred) and 4-6 years of related experience and/or training.
The candidate must have well-rounded capabilities with all aspects of marketing and publicity. Public speaking, knowledge of grassroots advocacy, media relations, and strategic positioning are essential. Experience developing a volunteer program is a plus.
