Summary:
Facilitates and encourages the sale of Health & Safety products and services and assures customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty. Partners with Health & Safety team to promote growth in marketplace while insuring program integrity and department efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

Acts as the interface between H&S customers and the chapter to facilitate the sale of appropriate products and services. Identifies and evaluates new customers' needs and encourages appropriate purchases.
Performs internal reporting and compliance actions and procedures in order to provide high quality services for the customer and chapter.
Markets and promotes health and safety programs.
Processes credit card payments.
Other duties, including disaster response, as needed.

Requirements:
Associates degree, plus 3+ years sales experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office also required. Excellent written/oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and listening skills; Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and is detail oriented; Must be able to produce and interpret basic financial reports, sales forecasts and sales activity reports; Excellent planning and organizational skills; Ability to work with paid and volunteer staff. Criminal background investigation and driving record check are required. Personal transportation required.
