Vincentian Collaborative System, a faith-based long-term care management company, is recruiting a Vice President, Foundation who will report to the President and Chief Executive Officer.
The Vice President, Foundation is responsible for the Corporation’s philanthropic infrastructure which includes soliciting major gifts, federal and state grants and individual giving; organizing special events; and growing corporate and foundation support. Responsibilities also include the ongoing development and coordination of internal and external communications for the corporation as well as collaboration with senior management to provide a seamless delivery of products and services across Vincentian Collaborative System.
Bachelors degree required, masters degree preferred.
Five to seven years fundraising experience in a management or professional position.
CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) designation preferred.
Experience in acute and/or long term care preferred.

VCS oversees operations for four long-term care facilities with 673 beds providing a continuum of care for seniors from independent living to personal care to skilled nursing, as well as a rehabilitation company and two child care centers.
