United Way of Greater Cincinnati, recognized as one of the strongest United Ways in the country, has an opportunity for a qualified candidate to provide measurable impact, initiative and relationship building as part of the Development Team. The successful candidate will provide support of a fundraising portfolio in the annual campaign; manage activity within portfolio to ensure goals and objectives are attained; and provide staff leadership and technical support to volunteers.

Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is required. Previous fundraising or sales experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills required. Experience with personal computers (Microsoft Word, Excel). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Personal transportation required.
