The Sisters of St. Joseph of Baden are seeking a Development and Database Assistant to provide administrative support to the Resource Development Department. This is a full-time position responsible for processing all types of charitable gift transactions, and participation in all fundraising activities including donor recognition events, direct mail appeals and special events is expected.

An Associate Degree and at least three years experience in an administrative position, or an equivalent combination, is required. Experience in a not-for-profit development office is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Donor Pro or other data base management programs is preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Criminal clearance, drug and alcohol testing required. We offer a friendly, team-based work environment and a competitive salary/benefits package.
