Seton-La Salle Catholic High School announces a search to fill the position of Director of Advancement, reporting directly to the President. The successful candidate will work to promote the mission of Seton-La Salle Catholic High School through the implementation of a strategic development and communications plan. 
The candidate should have a proven track record of success in financial goal attainment.  Also desire experience in strategic planning, grant writing, special fund raising events, donor and alumnae relations, capital campaigns, staff supervision and public relations, as well as working with and supervising volunteers.  Superior written, verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.

Competence with Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement. 

The candidate should have background working in a parochial or private school setting and should be an active practicing Catholic.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors’ Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience with both development and communication/marketing duties with increasingly greater responsibilities and staff supervision.
