A 501C Providing support to families and persons with S.B., through transition and permanent housing, education, wellness, retreats, summer camps and respite for caregivers, vocational training and advocacy with; schools, employers, and healthcare institutions.

General and Operational Management of the Association, inclusive of; fund raising, grant writing, program development, promotion and marketing, operations, finance, legal, and board support. Reports to the Board of Directors.

Skills and experience desired; College Degree in applicable field(s), certifications and/or experience in fund raising, grant writing and event development, leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, H.R., management, working with disabled or chronically ill persons, government fee for service relationships, public speaking, negotiations, communications, organizational development, compassion, capable of developing and strengthening interpersonal relations with stake holders staff and the community, facility oversight and development, self development skills, extra-organizational awareness, Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, finance and billing systems.

Internal candidates may exist. Current Director leaving under positive conditions.
