Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is home to exquisite plant collections, fascinating exhibits and fun activities for the whole family while remaining a leader in horticulture education and conservation efforts.  Phipps is seeking a part-time Education Specialist to create and staff interactive educational programs for preschoolers through high school.  Duties will include teaching school programs and writing lesson plans.  The qualified candidate must be able to work independently and be detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written skills.  Must be available all shifts, including weekends.  Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, botany, education or related field preferred.  Enjoy free parking, gift shop and café discounts, access to retirement plan, and tuition-free education classes after meeting qualifications.
