The Philadelphia Live Arts Festival & Philly Fringe seeks an experienced professional to plan and execute our individual giving program, with an emphasis on major gifts, at a critical juncture in our organizational and programmatic development. This person will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to secure individual donors and engage our Board of Directors in development activities. This person will also be responsible for planning and implementing our major gifts program. Must have a proven track record of personal success in the solicitation of individual major gifts.
