Program Specialist, Laurel Highlands Foundation, Inc. - North Versailles, PA

Laurel Highlands Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization that supports persons with intellectual disabilities, is currently seeking a Program Specialist to oversee multiple homes in the Westmoreland, Fayette and Allegheny county areas.  This position will provide direct supervision to Site Coordinators as well as direct care staff, as well as handle case management, knowledge of 6400 regulations, experience in conducting investigations and experience in HCSIS reporting.  Successful candidate should have experience working as a specialist in a  group home setting. Candidate must also possess excellent communication and supervisory skills as well as possess strong computer skills.  Must have a degree in social services or related field and have at least three to five years experience in this field. LHF offers a competitive starting salary with an excellent benefit package after 90 days.
