FULL-TIME RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS SUPERVISOR 

Jewish Residential Services
Pittsburgh, PA

Jewish Residential Services is in search of someone with dynamic leadership skills for the position of Residential Programs Supervisor. This position requires supervisory and direct-support responsibilities. Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or developmental disabilities and a Bachelor’s degree is required.  

Job Functions:
·    Engage and work alongside program participants on personal, wellness and recovery goals in their own homes. 
∙    Provide opportunities for community building, leisure time activities and developing healthy social networks.
·    Provide leadership and mentoring to a team of counselors.
∙    Serve as in-agency committees member
·    Work in partnership with the Residential Program Coordinator to      ensure effective program functioning.

Valid PA driver’s license, good driving record and own vehicle required.
Some compensated on-call responsibilities required. EOE.
