Office Administrator - Ingomar Child Enrichment Center, Ingomar United Methodist Church - Pittsburgh, PA

The Ingomar Child Enrichment Center has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator. This is a part time position of 20 – 25 hours per week. The position will be responsible for ICEC accounts receivable, monthly financial reports, time sheets and payroll, and administrative assistance to the ICEC Director. Requirements: Experience in generally accepted accounting procedures and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, good communication skills; must be customer service and detail oriented and able to support, and conduct themselves in a manner consistent with, the mission of the Child Enrichment Center and Ingomar United Methodist Church.
