Contract Administrator, Glade Run Lutheran Services – Zelienople, PA

This is a full time position that reports to and works within the Finance Department.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in legal or related field; with three years experience in monitoring contracts and two years experience in technical writing; experience as a legal assistant preferred but not required.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be computer literacy.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
Must possess strong organizational skills.
Must be able to identify with the agency’s Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.

Knowledge Areas:
Verbal and written communication
Technical writing
Legal writing and contract administration
Computer applications

Core Competencies:
*Review, transmit and conduct follow-up on all contracts.
*Research legal issues on behalf of the Agency, working with the Agency’s legal
counsel as need.
*Secure and maintain commercial insurance credentialing for agency providers.
*Writing special projects including policy and procedure development and
external communications.
