Gateway Rehabilitation Center (Gateway) is a nationally recognized, private, not-for profit organization that provides treatment for men, women, young adults and youth with alcohol and other drug dependencies in locations throughout western Pennsylvania and Ohio. Gateway was founded in 1972 by Dr. Abraham J. Twerski, an internationally recognized authority on addiction. Since 1972, more than 100,000 individuals found the help they needed to begin recovery from chemical dependencies and have hope for a second chance at life. Gateway’s mission is to help all affected by addictive diseases to be healthy in body, mind and spirit.
Gateway Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full time Director of Clinical Innovation. This position is responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of innovative, evidence-based clinical practices, a clinical mentoring program, and a clinical supervision model for our nationally known drug and alcohol treatment system of services.
A self-motivated individual with demonstrated performance improvement capabilities and strong people engagement skills is needed for this critical, new position. Requirements include a Master’s degree, three years direct patient care clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, and supervisory experience. A Doctorate is preferred.
