Executive position providing strategic leadership and oversight of multiple residential and community-based programs. Requires extensive experience in program budgeting, licensing, and strengths-based quality management. Position will monitor compliance, program licensure, supervise senior program managers across numerous programs, and pursue new service opportunities. Excellent presentation skills a must.

Master’s Degree preferred with 7–10 years diverse and extensive experience in the social work field, specifically overseeing residential and community-based programs monitored by DPW.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  1.  Serve on the Executive Team and provide strategic leadership to multiple services and agency-wide functions by developing, interpreting and leading the implementation of policies and strategies. 
  2. Articulate and ensure the integration of the agency’s mission and values into the work environment and to the community.
  3. Translate the agency’s business plan into Service goals that complement and enhance agency goals. 
  4. Oversee decisions and performance of Services and managers.
  5. Establish the budget and monitor compliance.
  6. Pursue new services and/or licenses as appropriate to Service and agency goals.
  7. Continually develop and implement plans to improve staff and Service quality.
  8.  Develop and maintain positive external relationships with other agency professionals.
