Every Child Inc. began in 1997 serving the specific needs of birth, foster, and adoptive families and children with special needs from Allegheny County and surrounding counties in Southwestern Pennsylvania. We are a non-profit agency of approximately 75 employees and have succeeded in serving over 3,000 families in the past 12 years. Every Child’s staff is fully dedicated to helping guide the family through each chapter of their particular story, serving all children with special needs regardless of their age, race or disability.  We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Program Evaluator

Position Requirements:    Minimum of three years’ experience in social services.  Excellent communication, organizational and assessment skills.  Proficient with personal computers.  Knowledge of Microsoft applications required.  Ability to compile, analyze and develop reports from statistical data.  Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.  Ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask to meet important deadlines.  College degree in Business Administration/Management, Social Work or related Field.  Act 33/34 clearances current within one (1) year, FBI clearance, physical examination with TB test, vehicle ownership, valid driver’s license, car registration and insurance. Must be able to move documents up to 50 lbs.  Computer, keyboard, phones, copy machine, fax machine, mail meter

Position SummaryProgram Evaluator will be responsible for monitoring all agency services to consistently mirror EC’s strategic plan, ensure continual contract compliance, and serve as the lead role for the agency’s effort to become accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) and maintain its ongoing compliance requirements.  Program Evaluator will continuously review programs in terms of inputs, process, outputs and outcomes.  In addition to these responsibilities, the Program Evaluator will perform some duties of the role of Child and Family Services Records Technician.
