Responsibilities include: Maintaining and expanding relationships with all key funders; Ensuring the smooth flow of work and resources; Maintaining relationships with partner non-profit agencies and contractors; Timely billings and full compliance with funder requirements and coordinating efforts with other CHN departments; Oversight of 30+ employees (including 4 managers), a combined annual budget of $17M and 14 separate programs including: (1) Energy Conservation - Housewarming, Home Weatherization, Electric Partnership, Electricity and Water Conservation; (2)Utility Bill Payment Assistance (and low income discounts) - HEAP, Fuel Fund, Water and Sewer Discount Programs and PRC Assistance Program; and (3) Specialty Programs - Lead Safe Housing, Healthy Homes and Cleveland Energy$aves Qualifications required include: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area (Masters Degree preferred); 10+ years successfully directing a strong, well established management staff; 5 years solid financial background analyzing budgets, successfully monitoring/controlling program costs and expenses and ability to make program adjustments as needed; Ability to seek new funding opportunities, programs and revenue streams; Previous experience with major utility companies and/or appropriate city, county and/or state departments is a definite plus; Technical knowledge as it relates to energy conservation (i.e., electric, gas, water) is a plus as well as contract administration experience, i.e., working with and understanding contractual obligations to ensure program compliance.
