Fundraising Opportunities, American Heart Association - Pittsburgh, PA / Charleston, WV

The American Heart Association seeks results-oriented sales professionals and senior sales professional to raise funds and manage large scale special event fundraisers.  We currently have openings in Charleston, WV, a home based position covering parts of Western PA and WV, and a Senior Heart Walk Director in Pittsburgh.

These are territory sales positions with aggressive fundraising goals.  Successful candidates can effectively build relationships with business and community leaders; negotiate sponsorship proposals to win-win agreements and successfully engage volunteers in planning and execution of special event fundraisers.  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2 years account management, outside sales or fundraising experience is required..
