Downtown organization seeks Quality Analyst to provide support, problem resolution, reporting, and analysis for a behavioral health managed care contract related to Medicaid services. Position analyzes clinical/utilization and financial data, ensures compliance with contracts and prepares information for submission to the state and other entities. Represents organization and client at local meetings. Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field is preferred. Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience may be considered. Managed care or health insurance experience preferred. MS Office proficiency, strong analytical skills, leadership, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills are essential.
