The American Heart Association seeks results-oriented sales/fundraising professional(s) to partner with Pittsburgh community leaders to raise money for research & education through execution of our either our black tie event or Start! Walk. Bachelor's degree and 2 years sales exp. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Special event fundraising experience helpful. Successful candidate is goal and results-oriented; organized, can effectively build relationships; travel frequently in the metro Pittsburgh area; negotiate sponsorship proposals to win-win agreements and successfully engage volunteers in planning and execution of special event fundraisers. The Senior Heart Ball Director will also need previous supervisory experience.
